 Michele Poole has spent more than 20 years working at the intersection of payments, fintech, innovation, and execution — helping organizations navigate complex environments where strategy, trust, regulation, and delivery all matter.

Through DeepPoole Advisory, she works with fintechs, PSPs, financial institutions, and member organizations that need clarity on how to move forward — whether the challenge involves payments modernization, ecosystem access, partnerships, or responsible AI adoption.

Her experience spans senior roles at Interac Corp., CIBC, National Bank of Canada, and AOL, as well as advisory work with high-growth fintechs and major payments initiatives.
